It is well known that organ transplantation, as an important treatment for various end-stage organ failures, has successfully saved the lives of millions of patients. Since the full-scale DCD era, the method of organ preservation plays a crucial role in the postoperative outcome.<\/p>\n

Machine perfusion LifePort\/KPS-1<\/strong>(Machine perfusion, MP), as a novel method of organ preservation, transfer and even repair, can not only prolong the organ preservation time, play the role of organ repair and in vitro evaluation, improve the utilization rate of donor organs, and reduce the risk of transplant failure. In recent years, the technique of mechanical perfusion of isolated organs has been improved and developed in organ transplantation.<\/p>\n
